  Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily).   Very comfortable, quiet, attractive modern decor, convenient location, friendly staff. Can't ask for more. Requested a quiet, non-smoking, room and was allocated one on the third floor at the back of the hotel. - The hotel was very central and near the railway station. We were upgraded to a super room all for the original booking price.

  Located right next to the main train station in Bonn, which is handy for catching early-morning trains or arriving on late-night trains. Clean, basic, well-designed room, though the bathrooms are a little small (but modern and nice). But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
