obsługa - This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.

So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

dobre sniadanie - The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. The view is wonderful overseeing the harbour! The room is as well as high-tech and comfort. We were having fun in those high-tech buttoms close/open the window blades and turn on/off the lights. As an apartment, the facilities are very complete but simple. The last but not the least, the location is perfect in 15-minute walking distance to Reeperb

This was first time having a Suite. I felt like having my first compartment this time 60 m2 with a full kitchen, dining table, sofa set and a panorama view over Elbe river and the harbour. I bought some food nearby and wine and had a nice party with my friends in the evening.
It really pays of to have a suite not all needs to have it but with this resource you can make something very good with your business friends.

Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -

Adina was only a short walk from all the xmas market. Hotel was very clean and comfort. Transport links to the airport were very easy using the S1 station was only 7 minutes walk away. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner, will definently go to hotel again

The hotel itself is excellent - nice design, full sound proofing in spite of Reeperbahn next to the hotel building. 3 minutes to the U-bahn. Taxi comes in a few min. Rich breakfast in The dancing towers with salmon and champagne. Free apples in the rooms and at the reception. Good wireless internet for free. SPA and beauty centre for those who wants (we didn't use it). The lobby with a bar looks rather glamourous, like in Bond movies. The price was very nice for a **** hotel.
