The staff were very friendly and helpful. All facilities were as described when booking and everything functioned well. The hotel is very conveniently situated in the centre of Gladbeck with parking behind the hotel. The restaurant was generally busy with a nice "buzz" to it. Clean, good value, friendly staff. I only stayed here for one night but staff was nice and room clean :).
