It's in an area with lots of interesting walks. Great views from the balcony of our room. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast were good. All staff cooperative and helpful.

Even if this hotel was about 5 KM from downtown Fussen it was really easy to get there and certainly worthed. Great location and very quiet. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything; wonderful accommodation with a terrific view, in a nice little village, just far enough from Fussen to be away from the crowds of tourists.Great restaurant right across the road for dinner, and a wonderful breakfast in a beautiful location at the hotel. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely hotel. secure parking for our motorcycles right outside. rooms bright and clean, and well furnished. Really friendly owner and the selection of beers available were all local and well priced. Ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk into Fussen, a town well worth a visit.

upscale hotel: central and at that time quiet location, good breakfast served in luxury dining room, helpful staff, we all were satisfied and had a real relax by staing in this nice hotel - Staff was very accommadating. We called ahead to say we were getting in later than planned and the staff stayed until we arrived to check-in.

Great hotel. Really good breakfast in the morning. About a 10 minute walk from downtown and there are a few restaurants a little closer than that. Only about 8-10 minute drive to castle ticket office. And it's possible to get a mountain view room although we didn't have one. Great little terrace on the back porch to sit and drink wine (we brought our own) after a hard day of touring.
