  We only found this hotel because everything in Basel was booked out or too expensive. And what luck that was. It's a three minute train ride in to Basel, and was perfect for us to see the Art Fair. The staff at the Ott Hotel are so kind and friendly, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. When asking about a taxi or bus one morning to get ... co mówią ludzie » to a nearby museum, we were surprised and delighted to be offered a ride there by the owner himself. After a recent and very ordinary experience in Pa - second time we booked the hotel as halfway stop to our destination. We were surprised about the nice redone rooms. But a short walk to towncentre. Free parking and internet gives always an extra value.

  The Karle family were brilliant. They made our stay very comfortable and they even invited us into their home to sit with their friends and taste wine. We locked ourselves out twice and had to wake them up in the early hours and even then they were friendly to us.
