Some people might want to use earplugs at night because of the nearby train station (nothing very serious though). Nice views over the city skyline can be found only on the 7th and 8th floors (the others are onto the lobby).
Our room was amazing, big, very comfortable with great view. Nice swimming pool and its opening hours, on Saturday till 22:00.

Breakfast was great, though pricey if not part of the room deal, very decent gym sauna and indoor pool. Location couldn't be better for a city break in berlin. Room size, bed and ammenities perfect!

Only one gown in the room which made accessing the pool awkward for one of us. Second gown was promised but didn't arrive. That was the only, albeit minor, failing.

Not a huge gripe.. But, we had asked for an early check in way in advance because we were arriving at 9a.M. and we thought a weeks notice could get us in a room early... We had to wait until 1400 and that was the only complaint.
Euro stars is in central location with easily accessible transport links. The staff from our arrival, we're professional, courteous and eager to pass on local knowledge, and happy to converse in German or English. The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge bed, no less than you would expect. Breakfast was great, it was well set out and always plenty of variety, prompt waiting staff will to assist with all queries. If we are back in Berlin we'll be back. Thanks for you hospitality it was very much appreciated.
The check in staff quickly acted following putting us in the wrong room and apologised immediately. Also very helpful in directions and booking a restaurant for us.
The bar staff made terrible cocktails with and didn't have a clue what they where doing. It was funny but not at that price

A new hotel with nice spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Indoor pool with sauna and small gym. Great location.
Breakfast was 16 euro per person. The only morning we had this we found things had run out and took a while tone replaced, even hot water.

Very well located, near the major highlights. Near transport for airport. I booked a standard room but got a upgrade because they didn't have any standard available. The room was very confortable and they were very helpful at the reception.
I could'n see the hotel's name from Friedrichstrase when I arrived because is in small letters, the biggest neon facing that street only says hotel.
The staff were fantastic at this hotel, providing great service. The location is Awesome for exploring downtown Berlin. It has a central location and is close to good restaurants, transportation and sites.

We stayed there during the Berlin marathon weekend - the location was perfect! 10 minutes walk to Tiergarten, next to shops, restaurants and a train/metro station.
garage entrance very diffucult to find, we were driving around lookin gfor it and we finally found it completely by accident (it's behind the hotel, in a street parallel to Friedrichstrasse)

Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

The location was excellent, walking distance from all the major sights and right next door to the station that links directly to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and luxurious, beds extremely comfortable. Helpful staff.
The air conditioning was erratic and insufficient, had to change one of our 2 rooms as was stifling hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was very expensive, better to eat out at a local cafe such as Einstein Cafe.
Everything is new, clean and modern. Really nice place to stay! Don't be afraid of the railway station, rooms are very calm.
It has to be mentioned that most of the rooms don't have windows to the street. The hotel has interesting design decision.

In house prices very inflated, restaurant, certain drinks from bar, eg 500ml of sparkling water 9 euros. Did not use as many options at reasonable just round the corner.
You can get there very easily, the station Friedrichstraße is only some 100 metres away and only one stop away from the central station (Hauptbahnhof). Furthermore, the beautiful sights of Berlin are quite close, e.g. the Gendarmenmarkt, the Museumsinsel and the Brandenburger Tor. I will definitely come again!
