The staff being very helpful and understandably experienced. The manager himself had to assist us with directions and as well as inputting addresses into our Navigation Systems. Very friendly people at the hotel. My wife and really enjoyed our stay here and definitely stay here the next time we travel to Berlin. -

The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage
stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you
walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big
hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor,
Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!

good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped. A lovely spacious room....light-filled and airy....in a quiet, elegant section of the city...staff friendly and cool....wi fi connection just great. Close to all that I wanted to see. Very nice hotel - Clean, very comfortable beds, clearly new furniture, cleaned every day, not far from city centre and very close to transport links.

The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -
