  Matthieus and the rest of the staff very friendly, extremely helpful (took me to Dortmund personally). The hotel is in a quiet town, very clean, check in is quick and hasle free. Dortmund is easy by train or taxi and airport is probably 5 minutes away so a great location. - the location is near to Dortmund airport and very near to holzwickede train station from where you can go anywhere around ' till 50km area cheap prices(5.10E to Dortmund Train station) -20 minutes to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof the center of city,the hotel is sweet and silent and the host's are very friendly and helpfull :)

  Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)
