The hotel is very quaint and the staff most welcoming. We stayed in Apartment II, which was spacious for 3 of us. The main bed was quite comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and nice, and the kitchen area seemed to be fairly well appointed, although we didn't use it. The breakfast was very nice. The breakfast was the best of all 4 hotels we visited. The staff provided excellent overall service. Each were extremely helpful with directions, laundry facilities, casual conversation - we liked it so much we changed plans and stayed an extra day. It is in the farming country but not noisy. The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

It was our second visit. We love everything, and would definitely visit again. The best part is, for sure, the restaurant they run. Highly recommended, especially in summer. The shop was also outstanding.
