  Very nice hotel and specially very friendly people in the front. My room was big, clean, with a very nice view. It is very easy to find and it has a parking place connected to the hotel, so you can access your car without walking too much (safe from rain). - very clean, very well located, staff really helpful and nice, reception 100% efficient

  Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.   The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..   Was wondering why the price went up? When I stayed 2 week ago it was 67,00 euro/night. This time it was 77,00 euro/night. Why did the price increase? - Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Due to the lack of Air-Conditioning in our Room, they cheerfully provided a Fan when we requested one.
