  Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Its modern, equipped, comfortable and the people are very humble. The food is awesome. if I have to rate this place, I would give it 5 on 5. I would recommend and go there myself.

  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.
