Our second stopover here. Wonderful luxurious bedroom (more like a suite), beautifully decorated (slightly Japenese style) with great bathroom facilities. Evening food very good and breakfasts great. Just a few minutes off the A8 motorway and close to Augsburg and Munich, this is a convenient hotel to stay overnight on a long-distance trip. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Rooms are clean, business traveller-style. The hotel restaurant features delicious and generous local dishes. The breakfast buffet was great too.

Whilst the hotel is extremely dated (80's) it is clean and tidy. It's also spacious - both in the rooms and the public areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice staff, very helpful - they set up a new table when they saw there was no free table for us for breakfast - and speaking English. The rooms are clean, some have a balcony even though it is not advertised, there are a few English channels on TV and the hotel is very close to the highway and to the center of Augsburg, with a giant free parking.

I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. ... co mówią ludzie » en that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

Excellent location in the center - a few minutes walk to the main atractions. Smal but very clean rooms with a balcony (we stayed in the hotel part of this hostel). Great value for money. -

tak - This was our second time staying at the Jakober Hof. It is truely a gem find. It is an easy 5 - 10 min walk to the town square. The staff could not have been more accomodating and the room was super clean. This is a very small hotel so they give you almost personal service. I like its location, very near to the city hall and all of the attractions. The room are big and clean. Although we got to share with other room for one bathroom, but when we stay , the rooms are not full . We use bathroom very easily and comfortably . -
