excellent ski-in ski-out location ad heated locker rooms. inside accommodation was great quality and very spacious for the 4 of us.
staff were helpful with a very late check in (past midnight).

We were given one with wonderful views over the resort. Mme. Marie and her assistant ,Andre ,did make meaningful amends such as not charge us for the failure of so several vital facilities . That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us. So we will give them 7/1 It was not disclosed

Quiet location - elsewhere in Val thorens is horrendously noisy at night.
Sauna, hammam and massage were all super.
Lovely flat with lots of space and 2 bathrooms
convenient covered parking immediately outside.
access to boot room and then direct onto piste was just along the corridor

The staff working in this hotel is above excellent. Travelling with a 6
months old can be challenging but all our requests were looked after

Friendly but professional staff. Great choice of food at breakfast time, even though there were only a handful of people in the hotel due to it being the start of the ski season. Let me keep the room until I left in the afternoon after a morning on the slopes. Small but clean and functional rooms with great views.
