Central location. Friendly staff, very willing to help. I had a lot of luggage which they very helpfully agreed to store for me behind the reception desk, very cooperative. Breakfast was buffet in style and offered everything I could have wanted. Free wifi, close to the city center (5 minute walk to bus stop and not much longer to the center), friendly staff, water boiler to make your coffee/tea in the room, comfortable bed.
wszystkie opinie » Bedrooms in the Kyriad are small but clean and reasonably priced. No bar or restaurant but we were looking for somwhere to sleep. Front desk staff were very helpful. Staff is very friendly and kind. The hotel itself is very clean and everything in it makes you feel cozy. I really had a rest after work and enjoyed staying there. Hotel was clean, close to metro line and city centre and good value for money. Staff were helpful whether you spoke French or English. I would stay again. helpful staff, comfortable room, tea/coffe making facilities, nice breakfast, good shower. Very helpful staff and comfy bed. linen very clean. Care for the environment. Friendly housekeeping staff Coffee/tea making facilities Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful, very quiet and peaceful. Great staff. I took advantage of a discount: after that, I would recommend it. Our room and the bathroom were nice and clean. The room Is very well equiped!. Staff was helpful and kind. At breakfast the coffee machine delivered automatic coffee which was difficult to adjust to my personal taste. You'll probably need to park in the hotel parking. The room didn't have a closet to leave the clothes (which might be a problem for some people). Didn't like the local homeless people living outside on the street, although they seemed harmless enough. No rooms facing away from a road. Expensive breakfast - I opted out. The water was sometimes brown - I think this was due to the plumbing. No bar. The mattress was not terrible, but it was not that comfortable either. The last night somebody decided that it was fun to slam the door several times between midnight and 2am, I am sure it doesn't happen often, but it was a test for the soundproof of the room: not good. The hotel is little bit far from the city centre and the main station. None!. The booking was with free wireless, however it worked for only couple of hours and it was down until the next day noon. Basically did not get much of the wireless which was my main reason to book this hotel.
