The owners, Nikki and Julian couldn't have have been more charming and pleasant with a wonderful greeting on arrival and friendliness during our stay. The bedroom was a good size and the double bed and mattress were excellent resulting in a good nights sleep.The addition of breakfast, and all day cake, wine and tea/coffee, as well as wi-fi being included in the room price puts other establishments to shame. A useful list of restaurants with recommendations was provided and did not dissappoint. .

This small hotel is perfectly situated in Saint Emilion, so that you can explore the village and sample restaurants on foot. The hotel rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was fabulous with French Press coffee. Nikki and Julian helped us with restaurant recommendations, reservations, wine purchases and also arranged a local wine tasting and tour that. Nikki and Julian are the perfect hosts at this charming, vineyard - surrounded hotel within walking distance to the quaint town of St. Emilion. They greet you as if they have always known you and make sure your every need is attended to. We had a most memorable and relaxing stay and enjoyed our comfortable and spacious room as well as the wonderful breakfasts with French-pressed coffee. A great place to relax and enjoy milling around the wine country of France. I highly recommend Le Pavillion Villemaurine to anyone who is looking for a quiet, French country holiday in a B&B in St. Emillion. Great location for walking to lovely restaurants and the St. Emilion visitors center. Rooms were large with well chosen classic decor. Wonderful and extremely helpful host and hostess Nikki and Julien provided a scrumptious breakfast and their suggestions for things to do and places to eat gets an A+. It was the last leg of our Honeymoon in France, and we couldn't have asked for a better ending. You often see good reviews of a place on the Internet; this is one of those rare times where they are all completely true. Nikki & Julian were brilliant, the building and surrounding area are stunning. We'll definitely return!. The location is awesome, rignt into wineyards and only 1mn away from the town center and loads of restaurants and wine shops! Nikki and Julian are great hosts, breakfast is very healthy and tasty, they go quite far to make guets feel like at home, even taking great care of our car!. Nikki & Julian are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience of St Emilion. The house has been decorated beautifully, the rooms are spacious and they are so clean they appear brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this special place. The owners were amazing. The room was large (had a king bed, large modern bathroom, large bedroom). The room included breakfast and was within minutes of the town of Saint-Emillion. We walked everywhere. This is a fabulous hotel. Beautiful room - very friendly and helpful proprietors - excellent location close to the village centre - nice breakfast - delightful touches such as coffee, tea , cake and wine available to help yourself in breakfast room.
