Everything - Celine was the most wonderful host and despite our language
difficulties we muddled thru as best we could - it made for good

The apartment was very clean, well presented and contemporary in design. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable. Reims was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the streets and visiting the cathedral. We had a great meal recommended to us by Olivier in Cafe Forum.

Rooms are appartment styled with basic kitchen of kettle, micro, fridge etc. breakfast available for €10 which is pastries, breads, meat, cheese, eggs, juice and tea/coffee. This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look
into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,
