I loved that it was so central. We were also able to park behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms comfortable and clean.I also realised that the price from your website is very much less than we would have paid at the hotel itself. - This is an ideal situation in Rouen. The underground car parking is a boon.

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a very professional attention to the comfort and well being of guests. We enjoyed two delicious evening meals and the breakfast was generous and offered wide choice. The rooms were comfortable and charming. We will certainly visit again! -

Very good food in the restaurant and good value for money - truly 4* hotel-so often nothing like the blurb put out elsewhere we have stayed over the years.Everything was without fault,even the fragrance in entrance lobby was stunning.Breakfast was excellent quality,even coffee was the real stuff-not always given to you in France nowadays.

Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating and stored our cycles safely, even getting them out in the morning for us for the early ferry. The bedroom was clean and equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for the beach, shops, ferry etc.

I loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the wonderful owners.
The garden was lovely to sit in and relax and the pool perfect.
Also the shop with lots of lovely products all carefully chosen. -

this is a fantastic family run hotel/bar/restaurant where we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The husband and wife who run it could not do enough for us, even sourcing the ingredients for an english breakfast overnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the prices were extremely reasonable. Especially by comparison with Paris pric

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Well placed in town centre. Supermarket just up the road, perfect for cycling food supplies. Secure cycle storage. Very good budget stop for cyclists.

We went as a group of 16 adults. Each and every one of us really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful, very friendly and as we had 8 Ferrari in out group, really helped make sure our cars were safe and secure at night. The breakfast was good. None of us had a problem with the price of it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as we were lucky enough to have great weather for the weekend ! All in all, cant fault it !
