  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. Very green and relaxing. Charming old style décor. L - I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.   Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. Handy to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. - Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

  The Staff were exceedingly helpful to us. We had a bag and our passports taken from us earlier and had to change our travel plans. The staff helped us with this and made the loss so much easier. We loved the setting and the general environment in and surrounding the hotel.
