  The people and the amazing welcome! Betty, Thierry and Family are just gorgeous! The rooms are so lovely, comfortable, stylish and very French, très bonnes! Just love the building, especially on finding out it is one of the oldest buildings in Villefranche! Just totally unspoilt! Nothing is a problem, they all go out of their way to make you feel at home, welcome and looked after. Very clean and just fabulous atmo - It was a really nice place were to be. Room was absolutely clean and every morning we had clean towels in bathroom. From the window we could see the bay and it is really comfortable to go to Monaco or Nice (bus stop is really close to the hotel). The beach is not too far from hotel, just 10 min walking. Owner was really gentle, friendly and explain us everything, plus he was able to speak French, English and Italian.

  Very pleasant, friendly, nice staff, english speaking. Advised us all the sight in and around the city, avignon specialties and transport specifics. Hotel is in the historic center, small but comfortable enough, quiet and clean, good price policy. Perfect for the weekend - Great small hotel for seeing Avignon.   Extremely friendly staff; happy to communicate in English. The hotel was bright, clean and generally well maintained. Double rooms are modest in size but comfortable, with working TVs, fridges and effective showers. I was concerned with the parking, so I left the car in front of the hotel during the night and in the suggested free public parking during the day. The hotel is simple but for the price, it works well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet worked fine in the room. There was a small fridge.
