  The location was great - a very easy walk to Angers Castle! The staff was helpful and friendly - even helped us print out some papers we needed for the rest of our trip. - The reception personal were excellent. Tried their best to speak English and understand what we needed to make our stay more pleasant.

We had booked a family room and we delighted to find that it had a double bed on the "main floor" and twin beds in a "loft" area. The air conditioner kept both areas very comfortable.   The member of staff on duty was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so compfy I had a very quiet and pleasant sleep. I cant recommend this hotel enough, I aim to stay here again on my next stop in France. The location was excellent right off the main motorway.   I was lucky enough to have a room with a view over the beautiful river Loire, with the bridge illuminated at night and the general beauty of Saumur on display. Anyway, the very helpful manager insisted with helping with luggage. There is plenty of public parking at very little cost immediately outside the hotel and the location is ideal for exploring the centre of Saumur on foot.
