Clean, modern aparthotel, offering excellent value for money in Paris. Spacious apartment with tv (no English channels), fridge, sink, oven and microwave. easy and convenient - The woman who manages the breakfast was very kind (special for the kids), but the personal in general was also very kind. The appartment is very good for a family weekend with kids. So much better then a standard hotel. Close to metro.

The hotel is in a great location - very easy to get to everywhere in Paris from here - and was well priced for the area and standard of the hotel. My room was ok ,, bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. -

All around the stay was very pleasent. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke english and answered all of our questions. There was parking available which was nice. The room was very clean nice. I would stay here again. - Cleanliness, Service, Everything was beautiful

Hotel situated in quite district . Close to railway station ( 150 mt ) and metro station ( 400 mt ) . Supermarket at 5 min walk - It was well worth the price....only 3.5 miles to downtown and the Eiffel Tower

The friendly staff and great location with a Monoprix for grocery, Pharmacy, Buses, Metro/ RER Station and "La Quatre Temps" a small mall offering most everything in smaller scales. Lovely views and contemporary contrasts to the traditional Paris. - I liked the fact that you could cater for yourself and ease of travel to the city centre

Price/quality ratio of this hotel was very good (Paris' hotels are in general very expensive). Do not expect the most luxurious hotel with all facilities, but if you want a clean and relatively new hotel (2011) with all basic amenities for a price which is humble compared to sky high priced hotels within the Boulevard Perepherique, than you're at

The location is not in the city centre, but a 10 minutes walk and a 15 minutes metro ride brings you to the city centre. Halfway the hotel and the metrostation (Gabriel Peri) you can find 2 supermarkets, a bakery and a chinese restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Although you can park outside for free it's better to park in the secured parking area for € 10 per day.
The hotel is in a quiet and quite safe area.
