  The staff, were excellent and were very attentive, especially in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely and the room we had was very cosy with wood finish everywhere. The indoor spa/pool was excellent, the outdoor pool also looked tempting - Our third time staying at fer a cheval and it never fails to delight.   Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

  This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.

Ski hire shop located below the hotel which offered discounts for hotel residents. - Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and very homely and welcoming feel

  Very cosy hotel, great spa (with mountain view :)), great location - 2 min walking to the centre of the town yet very quiet. Personnel is extremely helpful though not all of them speak English. As we were arriving late reception was closed yet clear instructions how to get in had been sent prior so it was not a problem. Absolutely worth staying there! - The location was excellent and great views over the village and mountain. The room was very clean, with modern decoration, a bit small but we had few luggage so didn't mind. Great swimming pool, useful underground parking and had a super up to date piped film selection in multiple languages. Very quiet in evening and during night. Very close to lift. Reception staff helpful and efficient with warm welcome and gave a short tour of the facility and showed us to our appartement. Heated ski-ing - Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.
