We liked everything about Le Puits de Jeanne. The staff could not have been more friendly, the accommodation was very comfortable and the meals were superb. Le Puits de Jeanne is in a beautiful area, surprisingly untouristy.

it was the most delightfull stay we could imagine. Verry nice and friendly owners who did let us feel like friends. A beautifull chateau with a verry beatifull interior with lots of antiques and breakfast was increddeble. Al served in antique porcelain and silver and cristal. I felt welcome - and my three border collies were made very welcome too as soon as it was seen that they were well behaved and quiet. Other guests were unobtrusive, friendly - and most were probably retired and a nice mix of nationalities. The hotel allowed me a comfortable and relaxing few days. The menu that was provided for "demi-pension" was delicious. Breakfast was a varied and generous buffet.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a very good meal in the restaurant which seemed expensive at first but was in the end very good value and beautifully cooked and presented.
