  We loved the comfortable and beauty designed appartment with modern self cooking facilities (including washing machine). Laetitia gave us a friendly welcome and helped us solving some problems in a very professional way. The appartment is situated in the center of the historical Rennes. The place is very nicely designed, very clean and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location could not be better: right downtown, with tons of nice bakeries and fancy delis downstairs. Also Laetitia is a perfect host: she is very professional and very friendly. We really appreciated how she accomodated our 14 month old daughter (she brought extra linens, a crib, a baby bathtub and a high chair). I

The old spiral stairdases are part of the wonderful character of the building. - and as Gerome carried our bags they prov - Location is great right in the historic centre of Dinan giving direct access to restaurants and shops. Secure parking facility provided with the daily rate which is literally just around the corner. Jerome is a great host with very high standards. The house has been beautifully renovated and there is a small, private garden for guests to chill out in after a hard day's sightseeing. Would recommend as a very comfortable and hospitable base to explore the Dinan area of Brittany from.

Guests are encouraged to use the main living room and kitche - Veronique, the host, was absolutely fantastic, helping to make our say as relaxed and easy as possible. She even called us on our way to ensure we hadn't got lost (which we had), so she drove out to meet us to show us the way. Nice bottles of wine to drink in the room and a wonderful hammock to relax in under the trees. Would highly recommend.

  Stephanie and Laurent ensured we had a lovely stay and even served breakfast 2 hours early because of our ferry booking being brought forward. A wonderful stay!!!! - I loved everything. Quite, very clean, secure car parking (no need to unpack everything from the car) owner friendly and accommodating who left us to our own plans, breakfast was simply toast, preserves and coffee, but thats what we asked for, we needed to get off for the ferry.
