It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain.   We loved this hotel. The room was elegant and just as pictured. The bedding was 5 star and even the baby crib had top quality sheets. The location was perfect and close to busy main street , but far enough away that it was quiet.
