After I lost 612 euros at the timhotel berthier17paris ,which I had
already paid 9 months before. Tim hotel did not want to change the dates
to a later date because I was sick and want another 1082 euros wow so
greedy and misers. Ok, never trust timhotel . then I booked MoulinVert
hotel because it say that I pay after my stay , meaning befor I leave, I
say to miself these people are not like the people at the timhotel !!!,

The location is great, it is close to Montparnasse and is not too far from two metro stations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Excelent value for the money.
I checked in very late and checked out early, and the staff was
incredibly helpful and polite - more than most 3 and 4 stars hotels
I've been to. The room was very cheap, 5 minutes away from
Montparnasse by car.

The staff was very nice.
Moulin Vert was a quite place. The area is not that busy so we had a
peaceful stay. The room was good and clean. The bath was clean as well
and complete with the toiletries.
Location was not that far from shopping area once you get a hang on it. The price i paid for clearly shows what I deserve for.
The location is convenient, near to metro station. The staff was kind and its provisions are suitable for its price.

The bed was super soft, the building is old and it shows - no
soundproofing, wallpapers and bathroom are from another era, and the
shower was so old it didn't really pour that much. But since I got
the room for a very cheap price, I expected far worse than that - this
is definitely enough for a quick one-night stay.
The wi-fi connection was not accessible from our room during our visit. It wasn't that big of a problem though, since the staff kept us informed and the wi-fi was available from the public areas at all times.
There should be a kettle for coffee or tea, that would be better:))!.
No grill thing in the hand basin - lost my toothpaste!.
They should consider renewing the towels and some of the furniture.
It was difficult to find at first. I had to walk really far from
Montparnasse bus station.
1 of the personnel at the reception was not being helpful enough when I tried to pay for my room charges. I didn't have a small change to pay, but this guy was very stringent and trying to put the fault on me for not preparing a small note. That uncooperative attitude did pissed me off.

The sheets and the towels were dirty and there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Service was very poor, rooms are very small and require decoration. On
the day of check out administrators have opened my room before 12
o'clock without leting me know. Unfortunately I've forgot my
shoes and when I called from airport they were not friendly and polite
with me. I have very bad impression from my stay there....

Poky room, hopelessly small bathroom suitable only for a half grown child, no soundproofing from neighbouring room where I could hear every cough every word spoken.
Room was dirty. Breakfast was rubbish. Difficult to find initially.

I strongly recomend others to think towice before selecting this hotel.
I was told by one of my friend there are enough of smaller apartments and hotels within the proximity of Ifel for about 60-80 Euros.

Attitude and rude behaviour of the staff. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Very small rooms and uncomfortable beds. No kettle in rooms and very poor facilities. No good breakfast.
