Room with a Vue was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were great and the unique bathrooms make it an interesting stay. The staff were most friendly we found during our month in Europe. Fred was the perfect host and made our stay really enjoyable. The rest of the staff were so helpful and polite it was amazing. Room with a Vue is located in the "Old town" which is close to many restaurants and bars/cafes. Breakfast was included. Beach is approximately 100 metres from Room with a Vue. Room with a Vue was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fred went out of his way to make our stay really enjoyable! Breakfast was included and very delicious. Location was perfect- situated in the old town with great restaurants at our doorstep and the beach a street away. If returning to Nice I would definitely stay here again!!.
It had typical french charm in a perfect location with very friendly staff and although they were in the middle of renovations our room was lovely and the linen very high quality.
Excellent location in the old part of Nice. Recently renovated rooms with beautiful bathroom and facilities. Nice balcony. Good breakfast.

I liked the imagination shown in the furnishings and decor. Large chandelier, all white furnishings. This hotel would be fun for back packers with no luggage. Lovely position by market. Good breakfast.

The smallness of the room. The bathroom up a difficult flight of stairs and not being able to get there without endangering your head because of lack of height at the top of the stairs. No mirror in the bathroom. No cupboards. No lift. The owners have tried to get the best they could from limited space. But it hasn't worked.
no wardrobe!!! (all our clothes were in bags for 3 days), small room, strange smell (we stayed in "M" room), noizy at night, hard to find (didn't notice info about the "Reception" in cafe), croissant and 3 slices of bread with jam on breakfast.
