We've leaved on the 10th floor and had beautiful sea view. Airport is nearby and you can watch taking off planes while having a breakfast. The location.. The view from the balcony.. Majestic. True value for money. The view from the flat is excellent, never seen better (11th flour, you see the whole Nice coast). The building of the apartment is located on the territory of an ancient palace, in the park, so it is filled with statues, fountains, the palace itself, etc. The apartment is quite big and comfy, but everything is a little bit old. You can use a kitchen, everything you need and it works. 3 minutes walk there is a market. Location in general is good: about 15 minutes from aeroport, 5 from the rai.
