Excellent, relatively new sauna and hammam. It was nice that it had a pool too, although not very big, half inside and half outside. Good location as there is a Bus Stop very close to the Hotel which is on the route between Morzine and Avoriaz, and the Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops. Ski hire on-site. Ski room with lockers and separate room to dry boots. Bedroom was nice, on the small side maybe, but with sufficient storage. TV in the room has UK channels. Nice ba.
wszystkie opinie » Location was good for the evening and fair for skiing. There was a fantastic bus service every 10 minutes that was almost door to door. Staff were keen to help and give advice. Very good ski & boot room, life made easy for tired skiers after a day on the amazing slopes!. Perfect location for cycling holiday with friends. Friendly staff went above and beyond (bringing a bicycle pump from home for our use). Rooms were clean, comfortable with great views from the balconies. Free laundry. Short walk to all the town amenities. Herve and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The service was excellent, including drop offs locally which they offered without being asked. Even the resident dog was welcoming!. Overall the quality and cleanliness was high. Great views of mountains. Short walk to village centre. Helpful and friendly staff. The balcony rooms are worth it!. Excellent location - superb views along the valley of Morzine and the church- faccility and staff first class would definately go back winter or summer. Breakfast wasn't included in the price!?. only going home........ Nothing. Breakfast not included and a bit expensive at €13 per person. Tiny bedroom and bed, was very difficult to sleep. Bathroom was very small as well and quality of the bedroom furnishings was not 4 star. Elevator noise was an issue as well as hearing the conversations of other guests in their rooms. Our room lacked sound proofing but nothing major! On site restaurant wasn't really geared for young families. room a bit small and basic but good storage. The jacuzzi was broken. Not fun when snowboarding every day. Ski locker access on foot. Room was very hot. It was really hard to locate the hotel and difficult to find front door. We always used the back door. the out door pool wasn't as warm as expected. definitely no 4-star hotel - rooms are too small and too simple.
