  Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade. Even having to change the reservation just 10 days before was not a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with IT systems.   I booked a studio appartment and I was keen to make sure I had a kettle. I was assured there would be one. A new one was provided on arrival. Good location near tram stop and also close to shopping centres. - Simple and basic, but adequate. Good shower pressure. Appreciated the wifi, though the signal was a bit weak in my room.
