For a 2 star hotel this was a really pleasant surprise! We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was traditional French continental style breakfast; exactly what we wanted.

The hotel does not look much from the outside but is very modern and beautiful on the inside. The rooms are large by European standards and well set up incl. tea/coffee making and fridge. Easily reached from the airport via the Rhone Express tram, with only one change, to the metro at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, then exit the metro at Ampère station, which is 150 m from the hotel. was looking from the window for a ros-bif with a suitcase (the résidence
is not obvious from street level). Spotlessly clean, good wifi (but only
one device can be connected at a time), comfy bed, hot water.

We stayed in the double bedroom with small kitchenette, first floor, window at the court yard. Amazing how silent the room was! Very beautifull decorations/art. Every time i looked around in the room, i discovered something new. Very good shower. Very good restaurant recommandations of Frederic Jean. I would really recommend this one!

This hotel met all of my expectations regarding quality and service. It
is situated in the developing area close to the old town, together with
recently constructed offices, apartments and a shopping centre. The view
from the window is therefore the old river side and modern architecture,
which is nice. In getting to the old city I highly recommend to use the
boat instead of the tramline+underground. It is much cheaper than public
