Used as a stop over on the way home from skiing. Almost exactly midway from the slopes to Calais. Extremely helpful couple ( American service mixed with Cuban energy) who run the hotel. Well decorated with a good shower and good beds. Family suite good value for money and feels like a small apartment. Walking distance to the Cheval Blanc restaurant and right in the heart of the old town centre.
wszystkie opinie » The perfect hosts, very comfortable room with amazing sunrise view. Dinner in our room on arrival was superb - plenty of space with armchairs and waited on by our hosts. An overnight stop en-route to the Alpes but would certainly make a base for exploring the town of Langres and surrounding area. Just perfect. Very friendly, informative hosts. Owned by an American and his Cuban wife who were very interesting people. The location was superb, as was the hotel design and the delicious breakfast. For coffee lovers, the host has a full barrista machine and perfect coffee kept flowing!. This hotel is owned and run by a very nice couple, an American man and a Cuban lady. They are very helpful and speak English, French and Spanish (maybe others). Breakfast is very good, fresh croissants as well as various buffet items as well. The friendly owners, the lovely old building, the bed in our room (one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in in France), the quiet location, the good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely old building with great views, parking (a bit tricky), ideally placed for visiting Langres. Fabulous breakfast. The hotel is located in town so everything is near, they have lots of family rooms which they showed me so great for people stopping over with kids. Warm freindly staff. The hotel offers on site parking which can be a bit tricky to get in and out of. Nothing. Nothing, everthing was perfect. The parking is a little tight in the front of the hotel, I actually chose to park in the square next to the hotel just to make my life a little easier. Having to get out of bed to turn the light out! Only one small mirror, and only one drinking glass in a double room. Parking very tight, but we coped, and not much can be done about that. nothing really. Tight squeeze to park a large car, but guided in by the owner. Zero. nothing. Tv reception wasn't the best but we were way too busy to mind. Difficult parking within the gates. Nothing. nothing. Parking very limited. Hard to find hotel. The parking was a little difficult. My room was a bit damp and smelt musty, this said it had been raining quite heavy and when mentioned to the owners they showed real concern to try and address the problem. The wifi was also a problem but again probably down to the storm. No evening meal at this hotel.
