The hotel was newly refurbished so the decoration was excellent, everything looks Brand new, the staff is very eager to help and they have Young staff. The view from the window, even though is not a landscape is very "paris' movie" like for a europe first timer is perfect. Very close to a subway station (Gaite) Very close to shopping sites and a lot of Cafes around.

There was very little to fault during our stay. Rooms could have been bigger but apparently that's the norm in Paris. The hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. We opted for the breakfast @ 15E the first morning and were not let down. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Paris. - Absolutely outstanding staff

The Hotel was perfectly located, on the surprisingly quiet Rue Montparnasse, between the metro station and the RER for quick access into the City and to Gar du Nord. We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.
