  The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.
