The overall experience is a little unconventional as this is a
residential unit that is being rented out. When we first arrive, we
were sure if we were in the right place. A quick phone call confirmed
that in fact we were in the right place. The unit owners showed up a
few minutes later and helped us to our room. The room is small with a

Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me

Cosy room (very calm, in spite of the parking across the street) and very nice bathroom, with a special touch one doesn't find very often in other hotels. Well, the best aspect about this place was the two ladies who oversee the apartment. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived, so they immediately agreed to refund our money and allow us to stay there for free for the night. It's a cozy little apartment just across the river, a great location. It was a real treat to stay there. -

We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg.

Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

Great location,less than 1m from cathedral, which helps when you need to get back to the hotel and you can use the cathedral's tower as a guiding "light". Room was comfortable. Already my third stay in Apartments Le 32 and it is my favorite
accommodation place in Strasbourg. Excellent location (close to the
Cathedral), quiet, independent, well-equiped for a couple and even a
family (we had a two-level apartment on the last floor). Even if one
arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter
the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.
