The overall experience is a little unconventional as this is a
residential unit that is being rented out. When we first arrive, we
were sure if we were in the right place. A quick phone call confirmed
that in fact we were in the right place. The unit owners showed up a
few minutes later and helped us to our room. The room is small with a

Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodny pokój, przyjemna obsługa - Customer-oriented staff, very polite and efficent. Cosy room (very calm, in spite of the parking across the street) and very nice bathroom, with a special touch one doesn't find very often in other hotels. Already my third stay in Apartments Le 32 and it is my favorite
accommodation place in Strasbourg. Excellent location (close to the
Cathedral), quiet, independent, well-equiped for a couple and even a
family (we had a two-level apartment on the last floor). Even if one
arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter
the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.

Very good location and very suitable for 5 people. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The sofa bed in the living room suitable for 2 people.
The guy was the agency was really nice, he waiting for us at the apartment to give us the keys and he came the last day to collect them. Always on time. -

I would like to second all the positive opinions - the location of the apartment is just wonderful. It's within the walking distance to all the major attractions, supermarkets, train station, shopping malls. Location is perfect, close to the train station,cathedral and tram stop. Also many shops around for those who like shopping. Apartment is not big,but clean,light and cozy. The owner George is very helpful and friendly,btw his mini-restaurant is magnificent. You won't regret having come here

Everything, the lady at the concierge was very kind and helpful and the hotel was in a very good position in the center town near everything.
