  The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Although the check in time is at 2.30 pm but we were allowed to go in at 12noon. Very strategic area close to train station and restaurants. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms
