  I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris.   It was an excellent hotel in a great location. It was nicely done out but a little bit cute and kooky (with the china cats and the goldfish). It had more character than bigger chain hotels. The rooms were very nice for the price we paid. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
