the staff was exceptional minus one french speaking lady who did not fit in with the rest. location was 2 min walk to champ elysses and close to all the shopping and restaurants. staff was super helpful and friendly and very welcoming. they booked us cabs for airport and advised us on what is good and what is not worth spendingg money on. i would definetly stay here again no doubt about it!

The Hotel was as described, it it beautifully maintained and the staffare so pleasant. The location is great. There were no surprises. Willdefintely stay there in the future. Have already recommended to others! - Friendly staff. Room was extremely quite -- virtually no noise at any time. Excellent care of the room by housekeeping. Great location

Bliskość centrum - the staff was very nice...eventhough i was very picky they were very hejpful and especially isabelle who was excellent and very professional. - Very helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and nice; bathroom was adapted to satisfy American tastes. Good value.

The room, which they upgraded at no cost, was quite large as was the bathroom. International newspapers to read along with your breakfast (not included but reasonable at 15 euros) and your morning was off to a great start. I'd definitely stay here again. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.
