  We are an Asian couple in the 50'S. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location, room, ambience, breakfast, etc. were all excellent. The restaurant was not open on the day we stayed, but the staff (owner's wife) was very kind to propose and reserve a nearby restaurant, which was also very good. (We communicated through internet.) You have a choice of inside or outside dining, all with the view, as the sun sets over the village lighting up the buildings it is a sight you will never forget. You can walk to the village easily and there are many day trips by car from Gordes.
