We were given a warm reception on arrival and shown to a nice spacious room. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Unfortunately restaurant not open on our first night but had a superb meal there on our second night. Loved the surrounding area and will definately stay here again on a future visit. This place is wonderful. It is off the beaten track, but the countryside is beautiful, and it is well worth the drive. We did did not arrive early enough for dinner, but the menu was very reasonable, emphasized fresh local produce and looked wonderful.
