  Ambiance, service, food, quality of room - The manager, Pascal Garnier, was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assure our comfort. In particular, he thoughtfully arranged a room for us which would minimize the stair climbing, that is so difficult for seniors.

  This is a new hotel and is bright and cheerful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was smallish, but well designed with a double wardrobe,shelves and a large shower room - no bath. Best of all was the fantastically comfortable bed and soft pillows. We've stayed in another Ibis Styles previously and the bed was rock hard. Th - The decor was very hip, comfortable, and clean. It was obvious that the interior designer focused on the needs & desires of different types of travelers (i.e., family, singles, mature couples). It was interesting to see how the space was efficiently utilized for the bar, children's area, dining area, reception, etc). The staff were very exemplar in assisting us and making sure that our stay was comfortable.

  Lovely, warm and inviting hotel with a staff who spoke excellent English and were very inviting. We got a larger suite which was very roomy but , we thought, very good value for the money. Well located within walking distance of all of the good restaurants in Beaune.   Everything! Absolutely delightful. A nice change from 5 star chain hotels - this has real charm, atmosphere & lovely décor. Even had an iron - no other hotel had on 21 stops! - Beautiful building, perfect tranquil location in the heart of Beaune, spacious, well furnished. Would definitely return.
