I was travelling on a bike. Owing to bad weather I had to stay a second night. The staff were wonderful-helpful and friendly. The room was clean but somewhat small. The buffet breakfast was very good. I would stay again. Good staff. Very helpful and hard working. Great breakfast. Good basic accomodation at a good price. The staff were helpful and friendly.

You would not spend a fortnight here!. good breakfast very pleasant lady in the morning. good value for money. Clean, but basic. Cuisine. Freindly staff, Mackas next door. Cleanliness. Free wifi. easy to find. The staff member at breakfast was helpful and spoke good English. The weather...... A bit soulless. surprised at no soap in the room and only one towel. Got a towel from desk. Fell in a hole on the grounds near the parking area -- not sure the staff understood the importance of filling it. Nothing!. No air conditioning (broken), Internet was poor and not working, Card Machine was not working so had to pay cash. Breakfast was poor and not worth bothering with. Room was small with noisy neighbours. The directions to the site were wrong (very wrong) Although it was supposed to have a restaurant it didn't have one (no chef) The wifi didn't work (ongoing problem) The air conditioning didn't work (also ongoing). On a VERY busy road junction,heavy traffic all night long, mostly lorries, I appreciate this is not the hotel's fault. But had a disturbed night's sleep. Only food available was McDonalds. Temperature in room - cold. Aircon did not work, changed room 3 times, lucky it was not a hot night. Wifi was not working, I used Mackas from next door, Way out of town, Dusty room. Bfast basic, I wished I knew Mackas opened early next door. We arrived at 7pm to find the restaurant was closed and there was no bar. Short of driving somewhere to a restaurant our only option was to visit the MacDonalds next door. The room was rather small and virtually filled by the two single beds. We were supplied with only one towel for the two of us and the single pillow supplied for each bed was no more than an inch and a half thick. Staff were in very short supply and difficult to find. reception and restaurant separate from hotel rooms. breakfast was poor compared to other budget hotels. The air con didn't work, the sink was blocked and after running water black hairs from a previous guest appeared, the evening member of staff wasn't helpful and when we asked if we could have a room where air con worked she basically said it wasn't working in any of the rooms; air con rooms was stated in the room description when we booked as they said rooms were soundproof which doesn't work if windows are open! Unsatisfactory accommodation!!.
