We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world. This hotel ranks as one of the best we have stayed at. Doesn't look much from outside but don't let that fool you. Hotel has just been re-opened after a refurbishment and there were no reviews so we took a risk booking this

Splendid hotel, lots to like, and first and foremost must come the
extremely friendly and accommodating staff that couldn’t have been more
polite or helpful!
Other than that the mountain view was excellent.
The room was great with the wood panelled walls, fittings and furnishings giving it a chalet feel that we loved.

Everything about this hotel was surprisingly good, all thought the hotel is situated a short distance from the centre of Chamonix, the bus and train service (both stops located 100 mtrs from the hotel) is very good even on Holidays and weekends. Plus each guest gets issued with a free pass for both bus and train journeys in the valley for the duration of your stay, an added bonus,
The rooms although small, compare very well with bigger chains of hotels as far as decor and facilities. Our room

The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class. The health spa and pool was excellent and we made use of these often. -

If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view). The view from our room was wonderful, all the alpes and mainly the Mont Blanc. You can park the car for 6 euros per nigth underground the hotel or free in 100 meters far from the hotel (in front of Mediatech across the street)
