Although not within walking distance to Chamonix the hotel is in its own unique position across from the Bossons Glacier so provides amazing views of that and Mt Blanc and the other mountains. The owners were very friendly and provided extensive explanations. This small hotel is totally charming. One of the owners is an interior designer for chalets, and this place could certainly be called a model. There is so much attention to detail, that one always discovers something new to look at. A multi-lingual library is open for perusing, there is a cozy pellet stove, and we certainly loved the hot tub outside with a view on the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh crepes an

The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class. The health spa and pool was excellent and we made use of these often. -

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was
given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning
and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent
and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to
make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and
shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home.
Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great

The staff is a fantastic bunch of friendly and energetic young people. We had a problem with food allergy and they went out of their way to help us.
The hotel is quiet but this might be different in busier times of the year (we stayed there between the ski season and summer).

The food was good. A new chef had arrived -
We booked a room for just 1 night and called in a day before to inform
them that we will arrive late. The lady spoke English on phone and found
that everyone speaks English at the hotel too. The staf was extremely
helpful. They had given us their best room (18), but since we had lot of
luggage, we asked for a room at lower level. They quickly changed the
room (3), which was also a very good room. We asked for directions and
attractions in the morning, and again the staff was extremely helpful.
