  Great location with very nice view of mountains on both sides of the house. Resident manager Dmitri was very friendly and helpful. Our booked family room was not available but he made 2 rooms available to us. Being slightly away from the busy and noisy Chamonix was also a plus. - A warm welcome by a young staff willing to help you.   The staff is a fantastic bunch of friendly and energetic young people. We had a problem with food allergy and they went out of their way to help us. The hotel is quiet but this might be different in busier times of the year (we stayed there between the ski season and summer). The food was good. A new chef had arrived - We booked a room for just 1 night and called in a day before to inform them that we will arrive late. The lady spoke English on phone and found that everyone speaks English at the hotel too. The staf was extremely helpful. They had given us their best room (18), but since we had lot of luggage, we asked for a room at lower level. They quickly changed the room (3), which was also a very good room. We asked for directions and attractions in the morning, and again the staff was extremely helpful.
