  Hotel staff were very helpful and informative. The hotel was very quietat night so no disturbed sleep. - Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff - I don't say that lightly - they really were hospitable. The food is good. There is a plreasant area to sit outside at the back with a swimming pool. Guests weren't rowdy - it's pleasant at any age.

  Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade.   Staff were helpful, the appartment was fine for the type of trip we were doing and they accomodated my dog at no extra charge. Good restaurant on site too. - The hotel had a nice pool and the apartments were nice and spacious.

  I booked a studio appartment and I was keen to make sure I had a kettle. I was assured there would be one. A new one was provided on arrival. Good location near tram stop and also close to shopping centres. - Simple and basic, but adequate. Good shower pressure. Appreciated the wifi, though the signal was a bit weak in my room.
