For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

The situation close to the Gare St Jean and the tram station which takes you into the centre of Bordeaux in 15 minutes. It is possible to walk into the centre, via the river Garonne, in 25 minutes. Location is unbeatable, next to bordeaux sain jean Train Station which is 5-8 minutes walk, very good location if you are hoping from 1 city to another using train, easy tram access to the city center, staff were excellent in giving us recommendation of places to go, restaurant to visit, the backyard patio was nice during summer and spring time

Close to train station. Breakfast was good value. - Tea / coffee facilities available in room; extremely convenient for St Jean selected specifically because of close proximity for an early morning train journey. Also convenience of down town tram which passes the door.

The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath!
