Family very friendly and helpful, even lent us their sat nav when forgot own. Beautiful house and surroundings. Friendly reception and comfortable stay in unique surroundings. Good food served well. Beautiful gardens, art and design. Shame tennis courts not in good condition, think visiting families would enjoy. No TVs in rooms. Difficult to locate and payment by cash only could have been a major problem. I feel that the booking website should make the payment terms very clear! Atm facilities are a long way from the hotel!.
