The location was excellent. The beach is around the corner and there's a grocery store, bakery, and amazing (expensive, though) restaurant just a block away. Our teen children loved the pool and the beach is beautiful. On-site parking is secure and free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. -

The fact the accommodation is literally a stones throw from Gold beach. Very thought provoking area, all D-day memorial sights are close by and kept beautiful and very busy. The sea is just few metres and we also have enjoyed the beautiful weather. Staff is very attentive and well informed on the activities. We will be back!

It consists of 3 buildings on the same lot, and we stayed in the modern style building in an apartment named "Les Pieds dans l'eau." Beach front location on Gold Beach, right next to Arromanches was great. Also, this is a good location for exploring D-Day Normandy beaches and sights, Bayeux and doing land sailing on the beach. There are two buildings at the location, one more contemporary, the other a yellow vertical one, on the left when walking up from the beach. The contemporary one seems much nicer, with a lawn area and chaises for relaxing between it and the boardwalk. Try to book the contemporary one. For a great dinn

Very good hotel at an excellent location by a water front with an interesing history behind (one of D-Day landing beaches). Very good restaurant serving great sea food (especially fresh oysters and lobsters). The hotel building is charming, old-fashioned but rooms have everything one needs. Good price/quality ratio.

Arromanches is a great base of operations for exploring the Normandy
Landing sites. With the remains of the Mulberry visible from the town,
it sets the tone and peaks interest. The Mountbatten turned out to be a
wonderful find. Free parking right in front of your room and an easy

very beautiful hotel! The room is like a 'private' smsll apartment. Cleanliness is great. You have also a private parking, very useful during the day, when Arromanches is starting to become croudy.
The breakfast was essential but really good.
I want to come back to this hotel one day....Arromanches os a place full of history and with a particular atmosphere!

Beautiful B&B in the Norman countryside. The rooms were spacious,
free wi-fi, free parking, and a huge breakfast. Good location for
touring D-Day sites. Located in the British sector. A 15-20 minute drive
to Bayeux; approx 40 minutes to Omaha and Utah Beach. There are no
restaurants in the village of Meuvaines; however, there is a wonderful
restaurant about 1 km away in the town of Crepon and a few restaurants
about 2-3 km away in Asnelles. The countryside is absolutely stunning!

The front desk staff spoke english and were very helpful. We arrived
very late and had not eaten for quite sometime, the chef was still there
as the restaurant was closed; they made us food and brought to our room.
